This policy explains what personal data Grim Relic Gaming ("we", "us") collects through grimrelicgaming.com, why, and what you can do about it. If you have questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the date and time you signed up (and unsubscribed, if you do), which form and page you used, the website that referred you to us (for example a search engine or X), your confirmation that you are 18+ and agree to receive emails, your browser language, whether you used a phone, tablet or computer, and your approximate location (country, region, city and time zone, worked out by our hosting provider from your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself).
Demo statistics. When you open a game demo, and for each demo bet, we record an anonymous event: which game, the bet mode and play-money amount, the page, the referring website, your country and device type, and a random ID that only lasts for your current browser tab session. It is not linked to your email or to any Stake account, and we use it only to count how many people play our demos.
Emails you send us. If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set cookies, and we never ask for payment or account details. The random demo session ID is kept in your browser’s session storage and disappears when you close the tab.

Why we use it

To send you emails about new Grim Relic Gaming releases, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
To answer messages you send us.
To understand how many people play our demos and where they come from, and to keep the website running, secure and free of spam. These are our legitimate interests.

Who else handles data

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the newsletter list and demo statistics.
Google Fonts serves the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Stake Engine runs the game demos. A demo only loads, and only connects to Stake Engine, when you press play.
Our email service, used to send release emails to subscribers.

We never sell your data or share it with casinos, affiliates or advertisers. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; they do so under their own safeguards and data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Anonymous demo statistics are kept for up to 24 months. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. To unsubscribe or make any request, email [email protected] or [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Age

This website and our newsletter are only for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that we hold data about someone under 18, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
